Try using the Avery Weatherproof Labels. They stick firmly and are durable enough to repel water and moisture. They also resist scuffs, tears and smudges so they remain easy to read. Avery templates are built into hundreds of software programs, including Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Publisher, Microsoft® Works, Microsoft® Access, Corel® WordPerfect®, The Print Shop, PrintMaster and more. Avery produces two 1-1/2" diameter labels: Avery® Matte White High-Visibility Labels for Inkjet Printers 8293, 1-1/2" Diameter, Pack of 400 and Avery® Mailing Seals for Laser and Ink jet Printers 5278, 1-1/2" Round, Pack of 240.

A background or watermark can be added to these label sheets to print colored dots. Use the Page Background options through the Page Layout menu tab to format the backgrounds and watermarks for individual labels or entire label sheets.

Sequential numbers can be added by creating an excel file with one number in each cell, then import this data into your template via mail merge on Avery Design & Print Online or with the Wizard software.

Use the print preview option to ensure all the formatting is accurate before printing. Most alignment problems can be fixed by changing the printer settings to accommodate the label or cards sheets. Please reffer to your printer user guide or printer manufacturer for instructions on changing the printer settings. Also, if you are using Avery design software you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test before printing on the actual product sheets.
