Avery does not have PDF templates but after creating the labels using the templates available at www.Avery.com/Templates they can be turned into a PDF.

Why do I get a blank screen after I've chosen the label I want to use?
I've gone through the process to select a label and then get a blank screen. I have a mac but I've used this site many times and I'm still using the same lables.

There are some identified issues with the new version of Design & Print Online that is currently being worked on. The old version of the software can be accessed through the "Miss the old version?" link on www.Avery.com/Print.

Avery product templates are compatible with Avery products and are available t www.Avery.com/Templates. The template for the Avery Postcards that measure 4" x 6" are available online and also through Avery design software. My copy of Avery DesignPro does not have the 8931 template that I need. How can I get it?
When I click on the "Check for Updates" I get an error message which reads, An error occurred in retrieving update information; are you connected to the internet? Please try again later."
I am connected to the internet and I have tried many times to get this to work and it won't. What can I do?

Product# 8931 was discontinued in 2004 so there are no templates available. Please use product# 8965 as a replacement.

Question
I just installed Avery Design Pro for Mac and it will not open.
I see the icon on my desktop. Each time I click on it nothing happens. When I click on the open box that is the thing I just downloaded (it appears in my download folder) it wants me to reinstall it. I have done that twice and still cannot open the program. All I want to do is make a few business cards. I could have drawn them individually by hand by this time.
