Looking for Answers about AVERY How to Download an Avery.com Template for Microsoft® Word?

If you do not see an Avery tab at the top of the Microsoft® Word ribbon toolbar, click on the Office button at the top and then click on the Word Options button. A new dialog screen will open. Click on Add-Ins, and then select Word Add-Ins from the Manage drop-down menu. Click on Go.

If the product is not available in your Microsoft Word software, you can download the template from www.avery.com. Go to www.avery.com/templates and enter 5195 in the Search area on the left.

Use the search function that’s available in your start menu to find the file. Also, if this is a template that you will be using frequently you can save it to your desktop for easy access.

Avery business card products are available in Micro-perforated or Clean Edges for easy separation. The templates for the products are available through www.Avery.com or through Avery software at www.Avery.com/Software.

Please make sure the product is compatible with the printer type (i.e. laser or inkjet). You may also need to change the paper setting on you printer to card or a thicker paper setting. The downloadable templates are compatible with all versions of MS Word. You may need to change the security settings on MS Word. If your using Microsoft 2007 or 2010: 1) Click Options in Microsoft Word to set the security settings for Avery Wizard. 2) Select Trust all documents from this publisher to add Avery Dennison to your trusted sources. For Microsoft 2003 and other earlier versions: 1) From the toolbar select Tools ---> Macro ---> Security. Click on the Security Level tab. 2) Set the security level to high. Restart Microsoft Word after changing the security settings. 3) In the Security Warning box, select the Always trust macros from this publisher check box.
