For best results use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Once you format one of the labels select the "Apply to All" option through the Sheet Navigator to replicate the design to entire sheet.

I need a template that works with a free program. Microsoft Works is a suggestion.

How do I open an Avery file that I saved to my computer

I saved the label file to my documents but the avery file has no extension and I can't open it with the usual programs. Do I need to download some Avery software to open the file?

Wizard files are exported to MS Word when you save them. You can re-open and edit in Word, but not in the Avery Wizard. Find your saved file on your computer then double-click the file to open it in Word. Or open Word and browse your files for your document.

The .zdl files can only be opened through Avery DesignPro. To open these files, launch DesignPro and select the option to open an existing project.
