Question

How do I print the top and bottom decorative border line on #72427?

The package of Martha Stewart labels shows a label with a border on the top and botom. I am using a Mac with Word. I tried using the border option in Word. When I position the border where it needs to be Word adds a blank document to the page. Strange? Any help you can lend would be great. Thanks.
