You can use copy and paste after you design the first card - sometimes you have to adjust the formatting a bit. OR, if you're using a pre-designed template, use the Find and Replace feature to substitute text all at once. Most templates have to be formatted manually, but our Avery Wizard for Microsoft Word or Avery Design & Print Online can fill all the cards or labels at once. Try them at avery.com/templates.
