Question

When I print my labels, all formatting is lost except for the color of the text. It is NOT a printer problem.

I formatted 6 labels for Peach Jam and saved the template to my computer. When I printed the labels on the Avery Label product #16463, all formating was lost except the change of text color. I printed the same thing on regular paper and again, no formatting printed. It is NOT a printer problem. (All other non-Avery projects print okay.) Help!
