Question

Do you not have binder splines that one can put text of a company name or individual as well as graphics if needed horizontally across spline top?

The only splines I found allow graphics at the top of the spline. I would sometime like that but I need the ability to place and company name or an individual name, maybe with some very simple graphics, horizontally at the top of the spline.
