Question

I AM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THE 8377 TEMPLATE LINE UP WITH THE BUSINESS CARD

THE TOP OF THE PRINTED CARD IS ABOUT 1/8 TO 1/4 INCH OFF AT THE TOP. AND IT CUTS OFF THE SAME AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHEET. BUT USUALLY THE CENTER CARD SEEMS TO LINE UP CORRECTLY. VERY STRANGE AND I HAVE TRIED AND HAD OUR IT HELP DESK TRY WITH NO SUCCESS. ALSO WE ARE CURRENTLY USING WINDOWS 7 IF THAT HAS ANY BEARING. PLEASE ADVISE
