Our Word templates generally work in Word for Mac. If you're not able to use them, try Avery Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print.

J5505 is an A4 sized product, and you can get templates at the country site. It looks like our Australia site has the most templates. Just use the drop-down list at the top of the page next to the world map to change locations.

You may need to use your software to slightly adjust the margins. Be sure to print a test sheet after you do this to make sure everything is lining up.

Help please? I'm trying to tab just about 5 spaces over on one line without having to hit space bar every time. How can I do this? Thanks

I just want to hit tab and go about a tab space over within the line, but it won't let me.

When you use the Tab function while on a template it will move the cursor to another label cell.

How do I transfer (copy/paste) multiple addresses from a Microsoft Word document?

Also how do I change the spacing to make the lable just single spaced? I tried to select all and switch to single spacing, but it still has a space between the lines?

The easiest way is to copy and past the information to the printable space of the label templates. The line spacing can be change through the Line Spacing options through the Paragraph formatting menu.

To add a page to your template, position the cursor on the outside of the last label on the bottom right of the page and press Enter.
