If the gridlines in your template aren't showing, select Table then Show Gridlines in Microsoft Word. To use a variety of fonts, just click and drag to select the text you want to format, and use the Font tools in Word to change the size or font or color.

Question

Printing down rather than across the page

IS there any way to run labels down rather than across the page. We are doing a large mailing and it woudl be easier to peel the labels off the sheet going down a column rather than across the page.

The Avery Wizard software for Microsoft Word can help you do this. Download and install the Wizard from www.avery.com/wizard. Launch from Microsoft Word. Make sure you choose an Avery Easy Peel address label with Fill Down in the product description. Choose your template and start customizing, then print.

Highlight all the text your typed into the first label, right click on your mouse and select Copy. Place your cursor into the next label, right click on your mouse and select Paste. Continue these steps for each label.

Be a lovely host and print two sets of labels to make thank you notes easier for the guest of honor! Just download the Avery Wizard for Microsoft Word, and create your address list with Excel.
