Open a text box and make it the size of the label; make sure alignment is left align; use a small (8) font size; type the ten lines. If they don't fill the label, increase font size; if they overfill the label, use a smaller font size.

In your software, i.e. Word, change the direction of the text. If you are using Word 2010 I usually type my text first so I can make sure it is correct (easier for me to proof). Then select all the cells, go to "Table Tools" - "Layout". Select "Text Direction" on your Ribbon and set the direction.

You can also right-click in the cell and select "Text Direction" there and change the direction to fit your need.

Hope this helps.

For best results, we recommend using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Select from a variety of pre-designed templates or create your own by adding in graphics and customized text. The new version of the software allows you to change the orientation of the template by using the 'Flip' function. The images and text boxes can also be adjusted by using the green radial buttons that appear when the image or text box is "selected". If you are not familiar with the software here is a link to view the software demo: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_US/De....

If you have trouble downloading, send an email to templates@averydennison.com and put the product number in the subject line. You'll get a blank template sent to you. Or try Avery Design & Print Online at avery.com/print. No download is required.

The easiest way to do this is to download a pre-designed template with text in place for the company info area. You can find a pre-designed template by entering your product number in the Search area. Choose your template from the Search results list and download to your desktop. Open the template and simply highlight the company info text and start typing your info in its place.
