Actually, I used the online chat and found out that I could open the project by using a different browser. As the Avery contact said, something like the threads were broken. I was able to complete my project and save it to a pdf file.

Thanks, Avery.

If you are experiencing difficulty opening and or using the file, you may want to consider creating a 2nd file so that it's not as large. Since you created the labels using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print, you can apply the information and the design to another template through the 'Apply Design to Another Product' option located in the Print & Preview options.

Question

Saved file online...NOW GONE

I have been using this program for price labels. and finished up yesterday....Saved it online, just like the rest, (5 pages saved on different days). Yesterday had no problem with the saved files coming up, this morning it says I have NO SAVED FILES....ALL 5 FILES AR GONE.....Can someone tell me where they went? Do not like saving on computer, it is a great big hassle opening up and working on them that way, so had started saving online....Should have printed this out yesterday, but did not, waited until this morning....Am very frustrated...
