Question

When I try to print a label from Word using Avrey 4014 the print button is greyed out.

If I change the printer, I can print to that printer. However these labels are dot matrix labels and in a dot matrix printer. I would like to be able to print one label at a time. I can print to the printer from word. I have a template that will print a label to the dot matrix but only through that template. In this application I would like to be able to print an address label one at a time.
Operating System: Windows 7 - 32-bit (standard version)
Software: Word 2010 - 32-bit (standard version)

GET RID OF THE DOT MATRIX PRINTER!!!

If you must, highlight the label you want to print and make sure the printer linked to this template and tell the printer to print selection, not the entire document.

Question

Working with DOT Matrix

Trying to print 4014 labels on Dot Matrix Printer. Want to use them for some inventory purposes so this printer (Infoprint 4247Z03) works best for what I am trying to perform. When I attempt to print using the word template the printer prints to the right of the labels. When I move the labels however, the printer does not recognize paper as being in the printer since they are not left justified. do you know if there is a work around for this or if there is an excel template that can be used.

We do not have any templates designed for use with MS Excel. You may need to change the printer settings to accommodate the label sheets. Please see your printer user guide or contact your printer manufacturer for additional assistance.
