For best results use the templates available at www.Avery.com/Templates or through Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. Format these Address Labels and use the print preview function to ensure the accurate placing of the formatted items. You might also want to consider printing a test page on regular paper prior to printing on the label sheet. For additional Printing Tips please see www.Avery.com/HelpCenter.

For our pre-designed templates, the quick way to fill a whole sheet of labels or business cards is to use the Find and Replace feature in Word. Or you can copy and paste throughout the template (be sure the formatting doesn't change). Our Avery Wizard software and Avery Design & Print Online allow you to design once and automatically copy on to all the labels and cards. Find out more at www.avery.com/templates.

Then...
Select the area that you want to copy to pressing ctrl-V (again at the same time) or right click the mouse and select "paste"

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to format the template to be single space and save the new formatting so I don't have to format each label?
