"If you have a blank template:
1. Insert your information onto the 1st label
2. Highlight all the content in the first label, right-click on your mouse and select Copy
3. Place your cursor in the next label, right-click on your mouse and select Paste
4. Continue with step 3 until all labels are filled with your information
If you have a pre-designed template:
1. Use the Microsoft Word’s Find and Replace formatting tool to replace all the pre-designed template text in each label with your own information

Click on the photo so it is selected, then on the Picture Tools tab, choose Text Wrapping and In Front of Text. Then you can move and resize your picture easily. When you get it in the right spot, you can then change the Text Wrapping Selection to Behind Text if it is covering your text.

The easiest way to format a notecard is by using the Avery Design & Print Online tool at www.avery.com/print. Choose from hundreds of pre-designs to customize. Click on "Back of Sheet" to customize the inside of the notecard and simply delete what you don't want printed on the inside left section of the notecard.
