You can make margin adjustments using the Ruler that appears at the top and side of the page in Word. If you don't see the Ruler, choose View > Ruler and click to turn on the ruler. You just click and drag to move the columns that will adjust your layout. Or try using Avery Design & Print Online at avery.com/print. There is a print adjustment tool on the print page that might be helpful.

You may want to perform a print test on regular paper. If it prints on regular paper, you may need to change the printer settings to accommodate the label sheets. Also, if you are using Avery design software, we recommend that you calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test prior to printing on the label sheets. For more printing tips please see the Avery Help Center at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter.

Question

Can I use this template with mail merge

I need to do a large printing of labels. I already have my excel worksheet ready - is there a way for me to use this template and do a mail merge? I wanted to be able to do the return address on the same label with the address.

Thanks!

For best results, we recommend using the mail merge feature available through Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This online software takes you step by step through the process of selecting a template, using the 'mail merge' function to import your data, customizing your design and then printing. Your projects can then be saved either online to your MyAvery account or directly to your computer. Here is a link with additional information on this online software and instructions on how to use the mail merge feature: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/De....
