Try opening Avery first. I believe it gives you an option for retreiving it from your computer or online. I have found it easier to open using the "saving on line" option. I usually save them both ways. Good Luck!

You have to first go into the project area on Avery, and then it's not the easiest to find but scroll down a bit on the right and it should ask you if you want to open a saved project or start a new one...you want to open a saved project. Then it will allow you to browse your computer to where you have it saved.

This isn't enough information to answer your question. Are you just trying to open a project or open an Avery project? If you are trying to open an Avery project, go to the Avery home page. Type in open a saved project and it will give you several options to open projects.

The answer, if it address labels, file labels, etc. You can tell your printer what "page" number you wish to print, whether it be anywhere on the page. Put your cursor on the label you wish to print and note the page number. Tell the printer to print that page number, and voila! One label printed.

The answer to your question is "Yes." That's the beauty of Avery labels. Avery labels are re-usable. You should be able to reuse the same label when you are ready. Be sure to take a good look at where you have printed before and you should be good to use any area except the holding space for the single label that you used previously. In other words, if you already used the first label in the first column on the first row, then you can type and print in all areas except that single area. Hope this was helpful to you!

If this is what you want you have to click this then work on only the first lable and the rest of the page will fill in. If you want each lable different you have to do each lable individualy. Hope this helps!

Yes! Choose Templates & Software>Design & Print Online>Start New Project> Enter product #18663>Go
Click Shipping Label>Choose the design you want to customize>click Select & Customize
When are finished customizing your label, go to Sheet Navigator>Choose the Edit One tab>scroll over the label sheet and click the label position you want to print. Click Preview & Print>select your fill direction. As an example I want to print the label in the 2 position: Fill Across- label 2 is in the upper right; Fill down- label 2 is second from the top on the left hand side.
Choose print from 2 to 2
OR Choose Custom Selection>click the labels you DO NOT want to print, leaving the one you do want to print
Then click Print.

Yes, I do it all the time. The default is to print a full page, so I always review before actually printing. When I print one at a time, I print one of the bottom labels first, it helps keep the paper firm enough to go through the printer multiple times.

I have used Avery 74540 (6/page) with no problems. However, when I try to print Avery 74520, the print preview shows a strip of three badges on the left side of an 8.5 x 11 page, and that's exactly how they print. I end up with half of the label missing.

Adjust your printer settings to optimize print quality. Check the alignment of your printed layout by first printing your customized template on a plain sheet of paper. Hold the printed sheet behind the Avery product to check the alignment of your layout. When satisfied with the layout, print onto the Avery product. Every printer is different, so refer to your printer manual regarding how to load the Avery labels or card products.

HI Corjac.

I have been using Avery for some time now and have never had an issue. However, I always stayed away from the curvy - tight font. You can stretch it to make it a little easier to read.

Always, Always, put a return address just in case. I put mine on the back of tee package in Arial or Times New Roman as a precaution (using Avery shipping labels).

Normally they should be fine - but the USPS has automated quite extensively and you never know what actual requirements are - you can always go to your local post office and ask, or go online. They are very helpful with technical questions....the Norm Used to be Courier (normal) font size 10. Nowadays, though...seems like anything goes!

The rule of thumb for the post office is: (1) Is it at least 12 point font; (2) Is it easily readable? (remember most letters are read by machines, not humans), and (3) Is the "Mail To" address in the correct position.

Avoid italics, script fonts, and awkward fonts like comic sans.

This is an identified issue and we are in the process of fixing the error. If the saved projects are saved to your computer you can open them through the old version of the software by using the "Miss the old version?" link on www.Avery.com/Print.

If you scroll down, you may see where it has to box to upload a saved file. I have not had any success opening my saved files since they went to the new format, so if you figure that out will you let me know? :)

Thanks!

If you saved a project created online to your Avery account, sign on to the account by using the Sign In link at the top of the website. If you saved the project to your computer use the Open Project link on the Avery Design & Print Online page. Browse through your computer to find the saved project. The saved projects are usually saved to your Downloads folder in My Documents.

If you have a friend who is a civil engineer and is in a large enough office you might "twist" his arm a little to use the office printer which is used to print blueprints and other rather large documents,

Posters can be created by using Avery Durable Sign Sheets 2732 or Paper Sign Sheets 2733; these products are no longer available through Avery Dennison. However, the templates for these products are available through Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print.

Do you want to reverse the image or just rotate it? I do this in the editing in the pic program.

I believe in MS Word it is under the format tab? You can choose "mirror image." That flips the image so that someone looking at the image, sees it correctly. If it is not under the format tab, double click the image and format the picture.

Mirror or reverse image can be printed by changing the settings on the printer. For additional information please refer to your printer user guide or printer manufacturer.
