Question
I downloaded AVery Pro several times but each time I try to access, it takes me back to the do you want to run Avery Pro box.
It has completed the installation process each time but I can't access the actual program to start working on it.. Am I missing something?

To start the program, go to Start> Programs> Avery Dennison> Design Pro. You can copy a shortcut on your desktop for easy use.
If you have trouble downloading, try using Avery Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print.

Please make sure that your computer meets the system requirements needed to support the Design Pro software. Also, try Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print that doesn’t require any downloads.

Question
I have tried to download several times and it keeps getting me to the screen that says it is downloading but from there it locks my computer up
After it locks my computer up it will pop up a screen but it is full of symbols and very few letters. I know my system has the required requirements. How can I get around this to allow a download of the product correctly?

Make sure that your computer is compatible with the latest version of the software. The system requirements are on the download page. Also, use the Avery Template & Software Advisor at http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Te... to help you choose the right Avery printing solution based on your project and your computer system.

The .zds, .zdp and .zdl files are proprietary to Avery Design Pro and cannot be converted to any other file formats.

Download & Installation of DesignPro software
The online Avery label design feature does not have near the features nor flexibility of the previously downloadable version. Has Avery given up supplying a downloadable program? It met my needs perfectly for years. Prior to downloading, I always bought the latest boxed software version from Avery. DesignPro was easy to use: create, edit, store, retrieve, etc. Is their a suitable replacement program? Thank you.
