The easiest way is to copy and paste the information to the printable space of the label templates. The line spacing can be changed through the Line Spacing options in the Paragraph formatting menu.

If you continue to have problems with the Avery Wizard, we recommend using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This online software takes you step by step through the process of selecting a template, customizing it and printing out your finished project. Projects can then be saved either online to your MyAvery account or directly to your computer. Plus this design software does not require any downloads. Question

How do I prevent the grid lines from printing on any Avery label template?

Grid lines print in a light gray color on top of the labels, leaving a gray "film" over the entire sheet. I have commanded "no borders" prior to printing but the grid lines still appear.
