We recommend using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This online software takes you step by step through the process of selecting a template, customizing it, including automatically flipping the image for printing and then printing out your finished project. There is no download required and projects can be saved either online to your MyAvery account or directly to your computer. To create a sheet of the same labels select 'Create a sheet of identical layouts' when using Avery Wizard and select 'Full page of same label' when using the Word templates. If using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print, format and design one label or card and apply the design to the rest of the page through the Sheet Navigator. If you are not familiar with the software here is a link to view the software demo: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_US/De....

Best way I have found, add the Avery Pro icon to your desk top. Open the application for all your label needs. On the left side just below tool bar you will find a field "all labels same" turn that to the on position.

Good luck to you.

You may need to change the printer settings to 'Labels' or 'Cardstock' depending on the Avery product that you're using. Also please make sure the product is compatible with the printer type (i.e. inkjet vs. laser).

Go to print preview. You should be able to choose a paper size there or under your advanced printer settings. If you go to print preview, it should show you why it thinks it's the wrong paper size. It may be as simple as changing from landscape to portrait. Make sure the paper size is 8 1/2 X 11.

The majority of the time alignment issues can be resolved by changing the printer settings. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the printer settings to label or something similar to accommodate the label sheets. For additional information regarding changing the printer settings please see your printer user guide or contact your printer manufacturer. Also, if you are using Avery design software you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test. For additional printing tips please see the Avery Help Center at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter. Also, try the newest version of Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This design software does not require any downloads.

I'm going to take a stab at this but, without knowing what the major malfunction is, it might be a best guess. When I went to the 22804 template and opened it with Word, it should have preset margins when you try to print. The template opened with the ovals so I assume you can just type the information into the space provided. You should just be able to go to File and then print. Be sure not to change any printer settings. The template should be preset for margins. If it is consistently printing without a top margin, go to your margin settings, add the appropriate size of top margin in your custom margin settings and see if that fixes your problem. Hope this helps.

A couple of possibilities. 1: You need to do an Avdery printer set up to ensure your computer is printing on line 5 when it should be and 2: Mare sure the spacing control on MS Word is set to 1, not 1½ or 2.

The design on the Dark Fabric Transfers should be printed on the side without the Avery logo. Please ensure that you follow the packaging instructions to ensure positive results. Here is a link to the same instructions http://www.avery.com/vgnfiles/OP/en....
