Question
After installing 3 different times I still get the following message. The wizard has not been installed correctly. Please install the wizard again.
Please let me know how to remedy this. Thanks

i am having difficulty in finding the avery wizzard after downloading for ms office 2010? can someone pls tell me what i am doing wrong.
i want to design my own return address labels and can't find anywhere on menu bar in word 2010 where the wizzard is. So very frustrating...especially since i don't think word 2010 is too user friendly. pls HELP!

Had the same problem BUT solution for me was:
1) be SURE that Wizard 3.1.5 IS INSTALLED! It will Not work with Office 2010 but the files MUST be on your computer! I had saved my previous version of Wizard 3.1.5. Not sure where you can download it now.
DOWNLOAD Wizard 4.0 and SAVE the file!
RIGHT CLICK the file and Troubleshoot compatibility!
Use Win 7 settings and install, then save the compatibility settings
Now I have the Wizard in Word 2010 and accessible!
One MUST get the Wizard 3.1 MSI file on the hard drive and this sets all files for your use / wizard 4.0's use!

Avery Wizard is compatible with all versions of MS Word. Once all of the contents of the program have downloaded and installed, Wizard can be accessed through the Avery tab on MS Word 2010. The current version is compatible with a 32 bit system and the 64 bit compatible version will be avaialble in Summer 2011. If you have a 64 bit operating system use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This software does not require any downloads and has similar design features as Avery Wizard.

Template Wizard for MSOffice: How can I suppress the Wizard toolbar button without having to do it every time I start the program (Office)?
The button takes up a WHOLE LINE of the screen, reducing my work area. I don't need the buttons - the menu choices are quite sufficient for my needs.

You can remove from the toolbar. Select View> Toolbars and uncheck Avery Wizard.

Once you have selected the product number and template design, you will get a grid like document. Just start typing the names you want on each label. Use the tab key to move to the next label.

You'll have to go to the country-specific site to get the template. Click on the Worldwide menu at the top of the page next to the Avery logo to choose your country.

how do I prevent the Avery toolbar from appearing in my Office programs?
I like the Avery Wizard program, especially with the new standalone interface. But having the Avery toolbar load in my Office programs is really annoying and I can't seem to get rid of it. Please advise on how to keep all the other settings but prevent the loading of the toolbar!

After you select your product, select create sheet of identical label. Then the next step will have a label box which you type your information, continue to the end and all you labels will have the same information.

I am running word 2010 beta, and the wizard would not install. The error message said Word 2007 (2003 etc) not found on this machine.Installation will terminate..

Avery does not support any beta versions of software. Please wait until we release an updated Avery Wizard compatible with Office 2010.
