Patsy, if you got to the "Mailings" tab, set up your address labels. If you want a full page of the same address you can set that, or you can auto populate using an excel spreadsheet. Once you have it set up the way you like, simply hit "Update Labels" toward the right side of the Mailings tab.

Here's a faster method than copy/paste into each label....
Under Edit choose Replace. Enter Name into the "Find what:" field then put your name in the "Replace with:" field. Hit the Replace All button. Do the same for [Address] and [City State Zip Code]. Word autofills them in quickly. I have no doubt that there must be an even easier method than this, but this is all I can think of for now.

Following placement of your address on the first label, click on Edit and Copy your first label. Move your cursor to the next label and paste. Continue this move cursor, paste on all labels. Print. There may be an easier method but I have not found it.

Avery product templates are completely customizable and can be formtted to meet the needs of your project. To change the line spacing use the Line Spacing formatting option through the Paragraph formatting options. You may aslo want to Remove Space Before and After Paragraph. Another option is to change the font size to increae the amount of lines per label.

The number of lines that will fit on any Avery label depends on the size and style of font you use. The 5267 Return Address Labels can fit four lines of text if you use 7 or 8 pt. for most fonts. If you want to use a larger font, you would need to use an address label such as the 5160, rather than the labels that are called "Return Address".

If they have Avery 5371 built in to PrintMaster, you can use that template instead. But if you want to set up your own, the top margin is 0.5", the side margin is .75", the height is 2", width is 3.5", vertical pitch is 2" and horizontal pitch is 3.5".

You can copy and paste clicking at the top right of the card and dragging to the bottom right, then selecting Copy, moving the cursor to the next card and selecting Paste (be sure the formatting doesn't change). You could also choose Find & Select and then Select All. Our Avery Wizard software and Avery Design & Print Online allow you to design once and automatically copy on to all the labels and cards. If you use Avery Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print the program will flip automatically for your light t-shirt transfers. If you use a Word template, you'll need to use your printer settings to flip the design. When you click on print, look through the dialog box for mirror image, or click on the Help link for your printer.

We have a couple of different sizes for hanging folders, so use the right one for your Avery product. Search on 11136 or 11137 and type inside the grids, which will match the perforations on the Avery products.

All the regular Word formatting options are available. Just click and drag to highlight the text you want to change (or click Find & Select then Select All to do it all at once) and use the font list to change the font type, size or color. If you don't have Microsoft Word, you might like to try Avery Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print.
